Yesterday when adding sid repository I ended up with issues using the mate desktop version. Now I had everything I could think of installed including wine. The error was showing with file "libsvtav1enc1d1".
Let me first say first use the program aptitude instead of apt-get or apt because it gives you many more options to resolve your depends issues. It ended up being the gvfs-backend package that was the sucker that was the issue. Had to uninstall many packages but it was fine cause after removing the sid repo then uninstalling wine then using aptitude and choose the second option which asked if it should "downgrade gvfs-backend plus other gvfs packages plus other packages to remove and add this fixed that issue. Hope this helps.
Like I said it's really likely you will eventually run into problems and unless your into figuring them out it's best to keep the repository to bookworm only :-)
