New to the Pearl software repository and preinstalled on the Xfce and PDE releases is Pearl's edited version of the awesome Twister OS ThemeTwister. With this app you can change your desktop layout with one click. It does require a reboot however once rebooted you should not have to tweak at all the taskbars, panels, dock, etc. as it does it for you. You can switch from Windows 10, Windows 10 Dark, Windows 7, Windows XP, OS X with standard menu, OS X with Panther Menu both Dark and Light.
On the PDE version we recommend using the ThemeSwitcher in the PDE and not the PDE-FX session which features Pearl's standard Compiz window manager with effects. The Themeswitcher will work just fine in both sessions however Noobs may easily get confused if like for instance switching to and windows layout then rebooting then relogging into a PDE-FX session where the default and designed to be the only layout is an OSX layout because the panel will be at bottom as well as dock. This is easily overcome by using panel-profiles in the PDE Command Center, so best practice is to leave a PDE session with one of the OS X layout before entering a PDE-FX session.
If you really like the ThemeSwitcher but get a bit overwelmed with all the various options inside Pearl your best bet is using the Xfce 10 release which uses just the Xfce desktop environment and is much more straight forward and does also have Compiz installed tho not activated by default.
If anyone has a "Raspberry Pi 4" I highly recommend the TwisterOS for your OS. It makes your Raspberry Pi simply out of this world. Its exciting to experience the speed increase and tons of added software that they have tested and there is nothing that comes close to this stable OS for a PI.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask them here.
